Avalon,
the most successful and well-known promoter at The Edinburgh Fringe Festival,
has had a total of 5 Perrier Award winners and 19 Perrier Award nominees
over the past decade.
This year, Avalon is bringing a diverse mix of stand-up, music and sketch shows to the 2005 Festival, from the hippest new up and coming comedy talent to reputable Festival regulars on their 20th show. Along with the long-established shows at the Festival such as The Comedy Zone and Edinburgh and Beyond, Avalon is also promoting an exclusive one-off show from Rolf Harris and his band performing all his classics hits.
