In addition to being a star of BBC Two's multi award winning The Thick of It Chris is also an established writer and recorded his own sit com Lab Rats for BBC Two. The Hunt For Middle England (BBC Four) was authored and presented by Chris.
As a stand up Chris is regarded as one of the most versatile comics on the circuit with his pacy, energetic routines and faultless delivery. He has charmed both audiences and critics alike with his particularly polite brand of observational comedy. Both his 2004 and 2005 solo Edinburgh shows sold out and were nominated for the prestigious Perrier Award. Chris' radio show The Ape That Got Lucky (BBC Radio 4) won a Sony Radio Academy award in 2006.
