Brian’s
background is unique for a comedic writer/performer. He attended Fountain
Valley High School, a magnet school for the arts. His dedication and
natural inclination to performing led to a scholarship at Chapman University,
where he excelled and was principal percussionist his freshman year.
After two years he was granted a performance-based scholarship at the
University of Southern California, where he finished his Bachelor’s
Degree and continued, on full scholarship, to receive a Master’s
Degree in musical performance.
Throughout his secondary education,
Brian balanced his studies with a successful professional career
in music, playing with such acts as John Williams, John Denver, Julio
Iglesias, and the L.A. Classical Ballet, amassing crucial performance
experience.
